2020年第八届北京国际风筝节国际风筝线上邀请赛报名工作即将开启

　　2020 The 8th Beijing International Kite On-line Invitational Tournament Will Begin

　　风筝作为优秀的非物质文化遗产，也是优秀的民间传统体育健身项目，近年来风筝作为“使者”承载着中华民族的优秀文化在世界各地的天空中翱翔，向各国人民展现中国体育的特色文化。风筝运动在推进北京和国际民间友好交往的过程中发挥了载体作用。

　　As an intangible cultural heritage, flying kite is not only an excellent traditional folk sports popular among Chinese people, but also like a messenger who is carrying the Chinese culture flying over the world. The kite sport plays carrier role as advancing exchanges of sports and friendship between Beijing and international community.

　　为弘扬优秀传统文化，积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议，进一步展示传统体育文化魅力，促进北京和国际民间的文化体育交流，加强北京风筝爱好者和国内外风筝爱好者的交往学习， 2020年第八届北京国际风筝节国际风筝线上邀请赛即将举办，报名工作将在9月18日开启，活动旨在让世界了解中国传统文化、了解中国风筝。

　　For developing excellent traditional culture, positively coordinating to the national "One Belt And One Road" initiative, demonstrating traditional sports culture and promoting exchanges of sports and friendship between Beijing and international community, Beijing International Kite Festival committee decides to hold the 2020 the 8th Beijing International Kite On-line Invitational Tournament which will provide a platform to all kite amateurs at home and abroad. The registration work will begin at September 18th, aiming to show Chinese traditional culture and Chinese kites to the world.

　　国内外各类风筝组织及个人风筝爱好者均可通过下载北京市体育总会移动客户端进行报名，获取报名编号后参加比赛;国外无法获取客户端的各类风筝组织及个人风筝爱好者须通过与北京市风筝协会联系（邮箱bjfzxh@126.com）后获取报名编号参赛。所有参赛者须将参赛视频上传至北京市风筝协会邮箱bjfzxh@126.com参加评选。（参赛视频文件名称须按照“作品名称+报名编号”形式保存发送。）视频不超过3分钟，视频中需列出北京国际风筝节字样横幅或卡片，组委会将邀请专业老师进行评定，从色彩、创意等角度，评选出优秀作品，分别颁发证书和奖牌，所有参与者在活动结束后，可在参与平台上下载电子证书，国内参与者奖牌采用邮寄方式，国际参与者来年可凭电子证书兑换风筝节纪念奖牌一枚。

　　All kinds of kite organization or individual can download ‘北京市体育总会’APP which will get the register number to join in this on-line tournament; all kinds of kite organization or individual at abroad that cannot download the APP should contact with Beijing Kite Association(email address:bjfzxh@126.com)to get register number. All participants should upload their VCR or pictures to Beijing Kite Association email bjfzxh@126.com. The participant VCR file should name as the kite work name and register number. The participant VCR should include the signs of the 8th Beijing International Kite On-line Invitational Tournament, and flying kite show in three minutes. Our committee will invite professional referees to judge all works on painting and creation. We will select the excellent works to award the certificate and medal. After this tournament, all participants can download e-certificate on the APP. We will mail the medal to participants, and foreign participants can contact Beijing Kite Association to get e-certificate that can obtain a medal when they join the off-line tournament next year.
